Delivery & Shipping
Where do you deliver?
We offer free express delivery across the UK mainland! Whether you're in the city or countryside, we’ve got you covered—completely free of charge.
Unfortunately, we can’t deliver to non-mainland locations just yet, but we’re working on it!
What days do you ship your orders?
We ship orders Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched the next working day.
How quickly can I receive my order?
Order by 12pm for delivery within 2 working days on standard items.
Items requiring our free design service may take a little longer—we’ll confirm lead times when you order.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not at the moment—we currently deliver only within the UK mainland. But international shipping is something we're actively exploring!
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking info via email. If you haven't received it, get in touch and we'll help.
What if there is a problem with my delivery or I haven’t received my order?

How can I request a free sample pack?

Design & Artwork
What if I’m unsure which artwork I would like?
We offer a free design service! Our designers will work with you to create the perfect labels—just get in touch or try our online templates.
Can I customise my labels with my contact details and branding?
Yes! Add your branding, contact info, logos, and more at no extra charge.
Do you produce custom labels?
Yes—we offer a full design and print service for custom labels. Contact us for a free, no-obligation quote.
Can my labels be sequentially numbered?
Yes! We can add sequential numbering across all packs ordered.
What is your minimum font size?
We recommend a minimum of 6pt for legibility. If your design uses smaller fonts, just let us know and we’ll check it for you—free of charge.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept most formats:
- Vector: AI, PDF, EPS, SVG
- Raster: PNG, JPG/JPEG, TIF/TIFF, PSD, PDF
For best quality, use vector files or 300 PPI raster images. If you upload an incompatible file, don’t worry, one of our team will be in touch to help.
Can you resize my artwork for me?
Yes. We accept most file formats but the ability to scale up artwork depends on whether it is vector or raster format.
Vector artwork can be scaled up infinitely. Don’t worry if you don’t have a vector file format, one of our designers is on hand to help – free of charge.
If I send a physical sticker or picture, can you match it?
Yes, we can recreate your artwork from a physical sample—as long as it doesn’t breach copyright rules.
Can I make changes to my design after submitting it?
Yes, if printing hasn’t started. Contact us ASAP to make changes.
Can you help me choose the right label size or shape?
Absolutely! Let us know your product or packaging, and we’ll recommend the best options.
Material & Application
How do I make sure stickers are waterproof and weatherproof?
To ensure your stickers or labels are waterproof, we recommend choosing a plastic material like polypropylene, which doesn’t absorb water.
For extra durability in outdoor conditions, adding a protective laminate layer is a great idea—it’ll make your design more resistant to the weather. For more details, take a look at our material guide here.
What substrates are available for labels and stickers?
We offer:
- Paper-based: Eco-friendly, ideal for indoor use
- Polypropylene: Durable, waterproof
- Clear: Sleek, minimal finish
Can I add special finishes to my labels or stickers?
Yes! Options include:
- White ink
- Gloss or matt lamination
What machinery do you use in your production process?
We use the HP Indigo 6K for vibrant digital printing and the ABG Digilase for precision finishing. Find out more about our machinery here.
Are your labels freezer-safe or heat-resistant?
Yes—specific materials are designed for extreme conditions. Let us know your use case and we’ll guide you.
Can your labels be used on food packaging?
Yes! We offer food-safe materials and adhesives for both direct and indirect contact.

No problem! We offer free stockholding and can send labels to you as needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and BACS.
Do your prices include VAT?
Prices shown are usually exclusive of VAT. VAT is added at checkout where applicable.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ starts from 250 labels, depending on the size and material.
Can I reorder the same labels later?
Yes! We save your artwork, so reordering is easy—just reference your previous job.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
As all labels are made to order, we don’t accept returns unless there’s a defect.
