Delivery & Shipping
Where do you deliver?
We offer free express delivery across the UK mainland! Whether you're in the city or countryside, we’ve got you covered—completely free of charge.
Unfortunately, we can’t deliver to non-mainland locations just yet, but we’re working on it!
What days do you ship your orders?
We ship orders Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
How quickly can I receive my order?
We offer Free Delivery on all orders! Delivery times vary depending on the type of order you place:
Orders Using Ulabels Templates
If you use one of our pre-made templates and place your order by 11am (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays), your labels will be delivered within 2 working days.
- If there are any issues with the content you’ve provided (e.g. typos, formatting), our team will fix them for you and let you know if there’s any delay.
- We aim to keep your order on track and hassle-free.
Customer-Supplied Artwork
If you're uploading your own custom artwork:
- Our in-house design team will review your file, add a cut guide to match your desired shape, and ensure it's print-ready.
- You’ll receive a proof via email for approval.
- To qualify for delivery within 2 working days, you must approve the proof by 11am.
Bespoke Designs Using Our Free Design Service
If you request a custom design through our free design service, your order may take a little longer, depending on complexity.
- We’ll confirm your estimated delivery time when you place your order.
- Rest assured, we’ll keep you updated throughout the process to ensure you’re happy with the final result.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not at the moment, we currently deliver only within the UK mainland. But international shipping is something we're actively exploring!

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
As all labels are made to order, we don’t accept returns unless there’s a defect.
